The Company History

2017
Our cleaning station doubled the cleaning capacity.

2011
Transocean started its own tank-cleaning station in the city of Kalundborg. Besides the cleaning also various pressure tests and repairs are performed at the location.

2010
Transocean merged its warehouse- and terminal activities into a new company Aarhus Logistics Center - ALC A/S, together with the companies, Lehmann Junior A/S, FinnTrans A/S and Chr. Jensen A/S, also located in the port of Aarhus. ALC A/S, now being one of the biggest players in warehousing in the port, can offer any kind of service within this scope.

Transocean Shipping Agency A/S becomes major shareholder in Aarhus Logistics Center A/S - a major warehouse- and terminal operator in the port of Aarhus.

United Liner Agents is appointed agents for Sarjak Container Lines. A major NVOCC specializing in transporting OOG cargo worldwide on own equipment.
